Mouse MIP-1 alpha PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1474)

The Assay Genie Mouse MIP-1 alpha ELISA Kit quantitatively measures CCL3 (also called MIP-1α), a pro-inflammatory chemokine that recruits monocytes, lymphocytes, and dendritic cells to sites of infection or tissue injury. The immunoassay configuration uses a capture antibody pre-bound to microplate wells and a biotinylated detection antibody for signal generation following streptavidin-enzyme conjugate binding.

Researchers studying inflammation models, host-pathogen interactions, vaccine adjuvancy, or tumor microenvironment biology can use this kit to measure chemokine secretion from stimulated macrophages, dendritic cells, or splenocyte cultures, and to profile circulating CCL3 in mouse specimens obtained from in vivo studies.
