Mouse mIgA (membrane IgA) ELISA Kit (MOES01267)

Membrane IgA (mIgA) is the membrane-bound immunoglobulin isoform anchored on the B cell surface via a transmembrane exon, distinguishing it from the secreted form found in mucosal secretions. This Assay Genie kit quantifies mIgA in mouse-derived samples and tissue culture supernatants using a pre-coated microplate. The kit includes a ready-to-use standard curve, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and substrate solution. Standard assay time is approximately 3.5 hours at room temperature. Detection range: 1.56 to 100 ng/mL with sensitivity 0.5 ng/mL. Recommended sample volume is 50 uL.
