Mouse Microtubule-associated protein 9 (Map9) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Microtubule-associated protein 9 (MAP9), this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for the accurate detection of MAP9 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay shows reactivity with mouse samples and recognises both natural and recombinant mouse Microtubule-associated protein 9, with a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.084 ng/mL. MAP9 is involved in organisation of the bipolar mitotic spindle, is required for bipolar spindle assembly, mitosis progression and cytokinesis, and may act by stabilising interphase microtubules. The protein localises to the cytoplasm, cytoskeleton and spindle, binding purified microtubules via its C-terminus, and has a reported molecular weight of 69,664 Da (UniProt entry Q3TRR0).
