Mouse MHC-3/H-23 (Major Histocompatibility Complex-3) ELISA Kit (MOES01255)

This Assay Genie sandwich ELISA quantifies the MHC-3/H-23 haplotype, a mouse major histocompatibility complex class I molecule expressed on nearly all nucleated cells and central to CD8+ T-cell antigen presentation. Investigators studying allograft rejection, tumor immune surveillance, and infectious disease models in congenic mouse strains use this assay to measure H-23 protein levels in serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. The pre-coated microplate format supports standard curve-based quantification, with all reagents supplied ready for sample addition. Specific reagents include a capture antibody against the H-23 allotype, a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and TMB substrate.
