Built around a sandwich-format antibody pair, this Assay Genie kit provides quantitative measurement of Mouse MFG-E8 (Milk Fat Globule-Epidermal Growth Factor 8), also called lactadherin, in mouse-derived samples. The colorimetric readout delivers reproducible results for studies of inflammation, apoptotic cell clearance, phagocytosis, vascular biology, and autoimmune disease models.

Validated sample types include cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum, supporting both in vitro conditioned-media work and in vivo investigations of phagocytic clearance and tissue remodeling.
