Mouse Methionine-R-sulfoxide reductase B2, mitochondrial (Msrb2) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative analysis of Mouse Methionine-R-sulfoxide reductase B2, mitochondrial (MSRB2) levels in mouse samples. MSRB2 is a key enzyme involved in the repair of oxidized proteins in mitochondria, contributing to cell survival and protein maintenance under oxidative stress. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse MSRB2.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39.31pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 7.0% and inter-assay CV is 8.7%. Recovery ranges are 84-96% for serum (average 90%) and 86-98% for plasma (average 92%). Linearity values for serum are 102-110% (1:2), 104-115% (1:4), 95-106% (1:8) and 110-119% (1:16); for EDTA plasma 114-114% (1:2), 101-113% (1:4), 106-118% (1:8) and 95-104% (1:16); and for heparin plasma 103-113% (1:2), 102-111% (1:4), 90-99% (1:8) and 106-116% (1:16).
