Mouse Metallothionein-2 (Mt2) ELISA Kit

Dysregulation of metallothionein-2 expression has been associated with cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metal poisoning, highlighting its value as a potential biomarker for these conditions.

The kit uses a colorimetric sandwich ELISA format with a detection range of 0.625-40ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.337ng/mL. It is intended for research use only. The target protein corresponds to UniProt entry P02798 and has a reported molecular weight of 6,115 Da.
