Mouse Metallo-beta-lactamase domain-containing protein 1 (Mblac1) ELISA Kit

The kit is reactive with mouse samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and detects natural and recombinant mouse Mblac1.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 40.3pg/mL. Precision is given as an intra-assay CV of 6.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.8%. Recovery averages 89% (range 83-95%) for serum and 91% (range 85-97%) for plasma, with linearity validated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
