Mouse Metabotropic glutamate receptor 5 (Grm5) ELISA Kit

The kit accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with reactivity toward mouse samples. Specificity covers natural and recombinant mouse Metabotropic glutamate receptor 5, also known by the synonyms mGluR5, Gprc1e and Mglur5.

Detection range is 0.156-10ng/mL and sensitivity is 0.081ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 3.2% and inter-assay CV is 7.4%. Linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions falls within 86-107% for serum, 95-127% for EDTA plasma and 93-122% for heparin plasma. Recovery averages 100% (range 94-106%) in serum and 102% (range 96-108%) in plasma.
