Mouse Membrane cofactor protein (Cd46) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Membrane cofactor protein in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay detects both natural and recombinant mouse CD46 with a sensitivity of 8.08 pg/mL and a working detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL. Data for intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity and recovery are provided with the kit.

CD46 (also known as Mcp) is a complement regulatory protein with roles in complement activation, T-cell costimulation and cell adhesion. Dysregulation of CD46 has been linked to autoimmune, infectious and inflammatory conditions, making it a useful biomarker in immunology research using mouse models.
