Mouse Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 31 (Med31) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 31 (Med31) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant mouse Med31, which is a nuclear component of the Mediator complex, a coactivator involved in the regulated transcription of nearly all RNA polymerase II-dependent genes.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.395ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 7.9% and an inter-assay CV of 9.6%. Linearity was assessed in mouse serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (N=5) at dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery averaged 91% (range 85-97%) for serum and 93% (range 87-99%) for plasma.
