Mouse Mdm2-binding protein (Mtbp) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Mdm2-binding protein (MTBP), a protein implicated in MDM2-dependent p53/TP53 homeostasis, cell migration, and the invasive behaviour of tumour cells. Reactive with mouse specimens and intended for research use only, the kit supports work in cancer biology and related areas.

Validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the assay uses a colorimetric detection method and recognises natural and recombinant mouse MTBP. Manufacturer specifications quote a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.16 ng/mL. The corresponding protein entry, UniProt Q8BJS8, reports a molecular weight of 58,294 Da.
