The Assay Genie Mouse MCP-5 (CCL12) PharmaGenie ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of a CC-family chemokine that mediates monocyte and macrophage recruitment in murine models of allergic airway inflammation, pulmonary fibrosis, and immune-cell trafficking. Reconstituted standards and diluted research samples are added at 100 uL per well, with results read against an included standard curve for interpolation of unknown concentrations.

Precision is supported by intra-assay and inter-assay coefficients of variation below 10%, and the workflow is validated for cell culture supernatants as well as mouse-derived plasma and serum specimens. Unopened components are kept refrigerated at 4 degrees C; reconstituted standard should be aliquoted and stored at -20 degrees C to limit freeze-thaw degradation. All reagents are supplied in single-use vials and are labeled for research use only, not for diagnostic procedures.
