Mouse MCP-3/Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Mouse MCP-3 (Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3), a key chemokine involved in immune response and inflammation that plays a crucial role in recruiting monocytes and lymphocytes to sites of infection or injury. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for use with mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The assay delivers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL across a measurable range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Kit components should be stored at 2-8°C and remain stable for 12 months. The procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, loading standards, samples and blanks onto the pre-coated plate, and incubating for 90 minutes at 37°C to allow antigen binding, followed by a 60-minute incubation with the biotin-labeled detection antibody at 37°C, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation at 37°C, color development with TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and immediate absorbance measurement at 450 nm after adding the stop solution.

Reported linearity values (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions are 89-103%, 85-96% and 81-96% for serum; 86-103%, 82-91% and 81-97% for EDTA plasma; and 90-105%, 84-97% and 81-97% for heparin plasma. Recovery averages are 99% (serum, range 88-96%), 97% (EDTA plasma, range 86-103%) and 94% (heparin plasma, range 86-99%).
