Mouse Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (Mmp9) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP9) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit detects both natural and recombinant mouse MMP9 and is suited to research applications in the cancer field. MMP9, also known as 92 kDa gelatinase, Gelatinase B, GELB or Clg4b, is a key enzyme involved in the breakdown and remodelling of the extracellular matrix, with roles in processes such as tissue repair, inflammation and tumour progression.

The assay has a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.086 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 7.5% and an inter-assay CV of 9.5%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery ranges from 80–92% in serum (average 86%) and 82–94% in plasma (average 88%). For research use only.
