Mouse Mapk15/ERK7 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse Mapk15 (also known as ERK7, MAP kinase 15, or Extracellular signal-regulated kinase 7) in biological samples. The double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection is suited to research into this MAP kinase family member, which plays a role in cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival, and whose dysregulation has been linked to cancer and inflammation.

The assay has a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported recovery is 85-104% (average 93%) for serum, 92-105% (average 96%) for EDTA plasma, and 91-104% (average 96%) for heparin plasma. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 91-104% / 87-103% / 87-104% for serum, 84-100% / 82-99% / 84-100% for EDTA plasma, and 83-100% / 80-97% / 84-97% for heparin plasma.
