Mouse Mannose Receptor C Type 1 (MRC1) ELISA Kit

A quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie designed to measure Mannose Receptor C Type 1 (MRC1, also known as CD206) in mouse samples. MRC1 is a 175 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on alternatively activated M2 macrophages, monocyte-derived dendritic cells, and selected endothelial populations, where it mediates recognition and endocytosis of mannose-, fucose-, and N-acetylglucosamine-terminating glycans.

This kit supports studies of macrophage polarization, innate immune signaling, antigen processing, and clearance of circulating glycoproteins in mouse models of inflammation, infection, fibrosis, and tumor microenvironment biology. Applicable across serum-based matrices, plasma samples, tissue homogenates, and cell lysates, with a colorimetric readout suitable for research use only workflows.

The kit ships with pre-coated microplate strips, detection antibody, standard, and reagents sufficient for 96 assays.
