Mouse Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 Alpha (MIP1a) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Mouse MIP-1α (CCL3) ELISA Kit is a quantitative immunoassay intended to detect macrophage inflammatory protein 1 alpha in mouse specimens. CCL3 is a CC-family chemokine produced primarily by activated macrophages that recruits monocytes, T lymphocytes, and dendritic cells to sites of inflammation, and serves as a natural ligand for CCR1 and CCR5 receptors.

This kit is widely applied in cytokine profiling studies investigating inflammatory disease models, viral pathogenesis, transplant rejection, tumor microenvironment signaling, and autoimmune disorders in murine systems.

Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotinylated detection reagent, enzyme conjugate, wash buffer, and substrate solution, providing materials sufficient for 96 determinations. To preserve reagent activity, store unopened components refrigerated at 4°C and protect from light; the standard should be reconstituted immediately before use and any unused aliquots frozen at -20°C for short-term repeat applications.

Reconstituted working standards are stable for limited freeze-thaw cycles only. The kit is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic procedures.
