The Assay Genie Mouse M-CSF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit quantifies endogenous M-CSF levels in cell culture supernatant, cell lysate, plasma, serum, and tissue lysate, supporting workflows such as macrophage polarization screens, bone-resorption co-culture assays, and cytokine-perturbation studies in oncology models.

Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized standard, and buffer reagents sufficient for one full plate run; equilibrate reagents to room temperature before use, store the kit refrigerated, and protect the streptavidin-HRP from light.
