The Mouse M-CSF (macrophage colony-stimulating factor, also called CSF1) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures secreted M-CSF in murine samples using a pre-coated microplate format. M-CSF drives the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of monocyte-macrophage lineage cells and is implicated in osteoclastogenesis, inflammatory signaling, tumor-associated macrophage recruitment, and bone marrow myeloid progenitor development.

The assay delivers a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity near 5 pg/mL, requiring a 100 uL sample volume per well.
