Mouse Lysyl oxidase homolog 3 (Loxl3) ELISA Kit

The kit targets natural and recombinant mouse LOXL3 and is reactive with mouse samples, supporting research into this copper-dependent amine oxidase that catalyses crosslink formation in collagens and elastin, and is implicated in extracellular matrix remodelling, fibrosis, cancer, and cardiovascular disorders.

Validated performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/ml, a sensitivity of 39.6pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 7.0% and an inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Linearity was demonstrated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with serum recovery averaging 98% (range 92-104) and plasma recovery averaging 100% (range 94-106).
