Mouse Lysosomal protective protein (Ctsa) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Lysosomal Protective Protein (CTSA) in research samples. The assay detects natural and recombinant mouse CTSA and is reactive with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The kit delivers a reported detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.084 ng/mL. Components are shipped at +4°C, with kit reagents stored at -20°C.

CTSA, also known as Cathepsin A or PPCA, is a lysosomal carboxypeptidase that associates with β-galactosidase and neuraminidase to support their stability and activity. The native protein is a disulfide-linked heterodimer of a 32 kDa chain and a 20 kDa chain, and the product is for research use only in cell biology applications.
