Mouse Lysophosphatidic acid receptor 3 (Lpar3) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse Lysophosphatidic acid receptor 3 (LPAR3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant mouse LPAR3 and reports a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.09 ng/mL.

Reported precision includes an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 7.1%. Recovery has been validated in serum (average 92%, range 86-98%) and plasma (average 94%, range 88-100%). LPAR3, also known by the synonyms Edg-7, LPA receptor 3, Edg7, and Lpa3, is a G-protein coupled receptor that mediates cellular responses to lysophosphatidic acid and is localised to the cell membrane as a multi-pass membrane protein.
