Mouse Lymphotoxin-alpha (Lta) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a colorimetric sandwich ELISA developed for the quantitative detection of mouse Lymphotoxin-alpha (LTA/LTα) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The kit targets a cytokine involved in the regulation of immune responses and inflammation, with dysregulation of LTα associated with autoimmune diseases, infections and cancer.

The assay covers a detection range of 15.6–1000 pg/mL with a stated sensitivity of 7.85 pg/mL. Reported coefficients of variation are 5.7% (intra-assay) and 8.6% (inter-assay). Linearity data are provided across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples at serial dilutions, alongside recovery figures for serum and plasma.
