Mouse Lymphotactin (Xcl1) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate quantification of mouse lymphotactin (XCL1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit is reactive with mouse samples and uses a colorimetric detection method, with a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL.

Lymphotactin (XCL1) is a chemokine that mediates chemotactic activity for lymphocytes but not for monocytes or neutrophils, and plays a role in immune response and inflammation by recruiting and activating immune cells. In the thymus, it contributes to medullary accumulation of thymic dendritic cells and regulatory T cell development, supporting self-tolerance establishment. The associated UniProt entry is P47993.
