Mouse Lymphotactin (XCL1) is a unique C-class chemokine primarily secreted by activated CD8+ T cells, NK cells, and mast cells, where it drives lymphocyte chemotaxis through binding to the XCR1 receptor. The Mouse Lymphotactin PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of XCL1 protein in mouse samples, supporting immunology, infection, and inflammation research. Validated for cell culture supernatants, EDTA or heparin-treated plasma, and serum, the assay uses a paired-antibody capture format with chromogenic readout.
