Mouse Lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronic acid receptor 1 (Lyve1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Lymphatic Vessel Endothelial Hyaluronic Acid Receptor 1 (LYVE-1). The assay reacts with mouse samples and is intended for research applications including studies of lymphatic biology, inflammation, and cancer, where LYVE-1 serves as an important biomarker of lymphatic vessel function.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 40pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported at 8.3% and inter-assay CV at 10.4%. The assay specifically detects natural and recombinant mouse LYVE-1. LYVE-1 is described as a ligand-specific transporter trafficking between intracellular organelles and the plasma membrane, and may act as a hyaluronan (HA) transporter involved in lymphatic endothelial cell catabolism and lymph node uptake.

Suitable sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Linearity has been characterised across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at multiple dilutions, and recovery is reported in the range of 86-98% for serum and 88-100% for plasma.
