Mouse Ly6c1 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, this kit is designed for the precise quantitative measurement of LY6C1 in mouse samples. It is reactive with mouse and validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. LY6C1 is a protein associated with immune responses and inflammation, where it plays a role in regulating leukocyte migration and activation. Its involvement in cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infections makes it a useful biomarker for studying disease mechanisms and developing targeted treatments.

The assay delivers a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and operates across a range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Linearity has been verified in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with serum spanning 95–105%, 91–98%, and 81–100%; EDTA plasma 85–104%, 85–101%, and 84–94%; and heparin plasma 91–102%, 83–100%, and 82–99%. Recovery averaged 93% for serum (range 90–96%), 92% for EDTA plasma (range 86–105%), and 94% for heparin plasma (range 88–103%). The protocol uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin binding, TMB substrate development, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.

Components supplied with the kit include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody (100X), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC, 100X), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealer, and a technical manual.
