Mouse Lutropin-choriogonadotropic hormone receptor (Lhcgr) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of mouse Lutropin-choriogonadotropic hormone receptor (LHCGR) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is specific for natural and recombinant LHCGR.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.09 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.9%, and an inter-assay CV of 8.9%. The target is a cell-membrane multi-pass protein that functions as a receptor for lutropin-choriogonadotropic hormone, with activity mediated by G proteins that activate adenylate cyclase.

Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilution series from 1:2 to 1:16. Recovery in serum averages 95% (range 89–101%) and in plasma averages 97% (range 91–103%). The kit is intended for research use only.
