Mouse LTF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1459)

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is designed to measure Lactotransferrin (LTF), an iron-binding glycoprotein of the transferrin family, in mouse biological samples. Lactoferrin is secreted by mammary epithelial cells during lactation, stored in the secondary granules of neutrophils, and released at mucosal surfaces where it contributes to antimicrobial activity, iron sequestration, and modulation of inflammatory signaling. The Mouse LTF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is configured for use with cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum samples, supporting studies in mouse models of mucosal immunity, mammary gland biology, iron homeostasis, infection, and inflammatory disease. Reagents are supplied for 96 assays in a microplate-based format intended for research use only, with absorbance read on a standard plate reader at the wavelength appropriate for the assay's detection chemistry.
