The LRRC32 gene encodes GARP (glycoprotein A repetitions predominant), a type I transmembrane protein that anchors latent TGF-β on the surface of activated regulatory T cells and platelets, supporting immune regulation and fibrotic signaling. This mouse-specific quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables researchers to profile GARP expression across mouse disease models involving Tregs, autoimmunity, and tumor biology.

Configured as a complete reagent set sized for 96 assays, the kit is intended for research use only and accepts cell culture supernatants plus blood-derived fractions from mouse studies.
