Mouse LRP1 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for quantitative measurement of mouse LRP1 (Low-Density Lipoprotein Receptor-Related Protein 1). The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with reactivity specific to mouse samples, and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Linearity in serum (n=5) was 86-105% at 1:2, 89-95% at 1:4, and 92-104% at 1:8; in EDTA plasma (n=5) 88-100%, 83-100%, and 86-96% at the same dilutions; and in heparin plasma (n=5) 87-99%, 81-99%, and 83-94%. Recovery ranged from 88-103% in serum (average 94%), 88-102% in EDTA plasma (average 95%), and 85-102% in heparin plasma (average 94%). The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months and ships at +4°C.
