Mouse LRP-6/Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 6 ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 6 (LRP-6), this Sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse Lrp6 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research use only.

According to the manufacturer, the kit has a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/ml and a working range of 0.625–40 ng/ml, with components stored at 4°C for 6 months. Spike-and-recovery testing in mouse samples produced average recoveries of 97% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma and 96% in UFH plasma. Linearity was demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions of spiked samples, with intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%.

LRP-6 is a cell-surface coreceptor of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, where it regulates cell proliferation, differentiation and migration and plays a pivotal role in bone formation. Dysregulation of LRP-6 has been linked to conditions including cancer, osteoporosis and Alzheimer's disease, making this kit a useful tool for studies of Wnt-related biology and disease mechanisms.
