Mouse Lptn/XCL1 (Lymphotactin) ELISA Kit (MOES01244)

Designed for the quantitative measurement of Lymphotactin (Lptn/XCL1) in mouse serum, plasma, and other biological fluids, this Sandwich-ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a colorimetric detection method to deliver accurate and consistent results for immunology research. The assay is specific for Mouse Lptn/XCL1, with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse Lptn/XCL1 and analogues reported.

The micro ELISA plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to the target. Standards or samples are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. After washing, substrate solution is added; wells containing the target develop a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of the stop solution, with optical density read at 450 nm ± 2 nm. Sensitivity is 37.5 pg/mL and the detection range is 62.5-4000 pg/mL, with an assay time of 3 h 30 min and a sample volume of 100 μL.

Validated recovery spans 80%-120%. Linearity has been established in serum, EDTA plasma, and cell culture media at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, while intra-assay and inter-assay CV% figures are provided in the technical documentation. Reference standard and concentrated detection reagents are stored at -20°C, while buffer solutions and other components are stored at 2-8°C.
