Mouse LPL/Lipoprotein Lipase ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) in mouse samples. Using a double antibody assay format with colorimetric detection, the kit supports research into lipid metabolism, where dysregulation of LPL activity has been linked to obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.

The assay has a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. It accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Validated linearity for serum is 90-103% (1:2), 82-100% (1:4) and 87-95% (1:8); for EDTA plasma 86-98%, 82-101% and 87-105%; and for heparin plasma 83-101%, 85-97% and 91-105%. Recovery ranges are 87-104% (average 93%) for serum, 87-105% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 92-103% (average 95%) for heparin plasma.
