Mouse Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 4 (Lrp4) ELISA Kit

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with mouse samples. According to the manufacturer, the kit delivers a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.405ng/mL, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse LRP4. LRP4 is a single-pass type I membrane protein (UniProt Q8VI56) involved in SOST-dependent inhibition of bone formation, facilitation of SOST-mediated inhibition of Wnt signaling, and the formation and maintenance of the neuromuscular junction.
