Mouse Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 11 (Lrp11) ELISA Kit

Validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the assay detects natural and recombinant mouse LRP11. Reported performance figures include a detection range of 0.78-50 ng/mL, sensitivity of 0.394 ng/mL, intra-assay CV of 8.3% and inter-assay CV of 10.4%. Recovery averages 92% (86-98%) in serum and 94% (88-100%) in plasma.

LRP11 is described as a single-pass type I membrane protein belonging to the LDLR family. The manufacturer notes that LRP11 is involved in lipid metabolism and cell signalling, and that its dysregulation has been implicated in atherosclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, and cancer.
