Mouse Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor II (Fcgr2) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides this Sandwich ELISA Kit for the quantification of mouse Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor II (FCGR2), intended for research applications in immunology. Reactivity is specific to mouse, with validated sample types including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Detection is colorimetric. The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse FCGR2 with a detection range of 0.312-20ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.188ng/mL. Precision is reported with an Intra CV of 3.6% and an Inter CV of 5.7%. Linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, and recovery averages 100% for serum (range 94-106%) and 102% for plasma (range 96-108%).

FCGR2 is a low affinity receptor for the Fc region of complexed immunoglobulins gamma, participating in phagocytosis of antigen-antibody complexes and modulation of antibody production by B-cells.
