Mouse Low affinity immunoglobulin epsilon Fc receptor (Fcer2) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the quantitative measurement of mouse Low affinity immunoglobulin epsilon Fc receptor (FCER2; also known as CD23, Fc-epsilon-RII or Fcer2a) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay is positioned for immunology research and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse FCER2.

Manufacturer specifications report a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39.3pg/mL. FCER2 is a low-affinity receptor for immunoglobulin E (IgE) and CR2/CD21 with essential roles in the regulation of IgE production and the differentiation of B-cells. The kit supports studies of allergic reactions, autoimmunity and inflammatory diseases in mouse models.
