Quantitative measurement of mouse LIX (also designated CXCL5) is enabled by this Assay Genie immunoassay, profiling chemokine expression across cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum samples. LIX is an LPS-inducible CXC chemokine that drives neutrophil chemotaxis and is widely studied in models of acute inflammation, pulmonary injury, sepsis, and innate host defense. Supplied as a microplate-format kit with sufficient reagents for 96 assays, the kit supports research use only and pairs naturally with flow cytometry or western blot workflows to correlate LIX protein levels with cellular recruitment and downstream signaling cascades.
