Mouse Lipoprotein a ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of lipoprotein a in mouse samples. Using a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is intended for research into cardiovascular health, including the role of lipoprotein a in atherosclerosis and related disease.

Reported sensitivity is 0.938 ng/mL with a working range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Linearity for serum (n=5) is 88–98% at 1:2, 88–103% at 1:4 and 92–101% at 1:8; for EDTA plasma (n=5) 85–93%, 85–101% and 82–85%; and for heparin plasma (n=5) 83–96%, 81–100% and 85–98%. Recovery ranges are 93–104% in serum (average 98%), 86–103% in EDTA plasma (average 96%) and 88–101% in heparin plasma (average 95%). Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months, with the microplate strips and lyophilized standard additionally suitable for 12 months at -20°C.
