Mouse LIPF/Gastric triacylglycerol lipase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse gastric triacylglycerol lipase (LIPF), an enzyme involved in lipid digestion and metabolism in the stomach. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research applications exploring metabolic disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, lipid metabolism, and potential therapeutic interventions related to LIPF dysregulation.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit has a reported sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and an assay range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Components should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity was assessed on serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5) at serial dilutions, with results ranging from 81-104%. Spike-and-recovery testing yielded average recovery of 91% for serum, 93% for EDTA plasma, and 91% for heparin plasma.
