Mouse Lipase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA, double antibody assay from Assay Genie, designed for the quantitative measurement of lipase levels in mouse samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is intended for metabolism research and targets lipase (Uniprot entry P27656; synonyms include LIPC, HTGL, Hepatic triacylglycerol lipase, HL, Hepatic lipase, and Lipase member C).

Sensitivity is 0.234 ng/mL with a working range of 0.391–25 ng/mL. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months, and detection is colorimetric via TMB substrate.

The assay procedure proceeds in six stages: reagent and plate preparation; primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes to allow antigen binding; biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes; HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding at 37°C for 30 minutes; TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes; and absorbance measurement at 450 nm immediately after adding stop solution.
