Mouse Linker for activation of T-cells family member 1 (Lat) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich-format colorimetric ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Linker for activation of T-cells family member 1 (LAT). The assay is reactive with mouse samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and detects both natural and recombinant mouse LAT.

With a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 40.3pg/mL, the kit enables accurate measurement of LAT in research applications. LAT is a key adaptor protein in T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) signal transduction, supporting Ras-Erk activation and calcium flux. Dysregulation of LAT signaling has been linked to autoimmune diseases, allergies, and other immune-related disorders, making the molecule a valuable target for immunology research.
