Mouse LHCGR ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse LHCGR (Luteinizing Hormone/Chorionic Gonadotropin Receptor) in biological samples. The assay uses a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, and the kit is reactive with mouse samples only.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Synonyms recognised for the target include Lhcgr, Lutropin-choriogonadotropic hormone receptor, Luteinizing hormone receptor, LHR and LSH-R (UniProt P30730).

Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions lies between 80% and 105% for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each). Spike-and-recovery ranges are 85–105% for serum (average 94%), 91–104% for EDTA plasma (average 97%) and 87–104% for heparin plasma (average 96%). The kit is intended for research into reproductive biology and endocrinology, including studies of LHCGR signalling in ovulation, steroidogenesis, infertility and related reproductive disorders.
