Mouse Leukotriene B4 receptor 1 (Ltb4r) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Leukotriene B4 receptor 1 (Ltb4r), this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. LTB4R functions as a receptor for leukotriene B4, a potent chemoattractant involved in inflammation and immune response, and the kit recognises both natural and recombinant mouse LTB4R with high specificity.

The assay has a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.165 ng/mL. Reported intra-assay CV is 3.2% and inter-assay CV is 6.7%. Linearity in serum (n=5) across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 falls within 100–116%; EDTA plasma ranges from 96–124% and heparin plasma from 102–116%. Mean recovery is 100% in serum (range 94–106%) and 102% in plasma (range 96–108%). LTB4R is a cell membrane multi-pass membrane protein, associated with UniProt entry O88855.
