Mouse Leukocyte cell-derived chemotaxin-2 (Lect2) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse Leukocyte cell-derived chemotaxin-2 (LECT2), also known as Chondromodulin II or ChM-II. LECT2 is a secreted protein implicated in inflammation, immune response and metabolic regulation, and acts as a neutrophil chemoattractant and positive regulator of chondrocyte proliferation. The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse LECT2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is supplied for research use only within the Neurosciences research area. Across the standard curve the detection range is 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Reproducibility is reported as intra-assay CV of 6.1% and inter-assay CV of 8.5%. Linearity has been characterised for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma dilution series, and recovery has been measured for serum and plasma samples.

Most kit components, including the microplate, lyophilised standard, sample diluent, assay diluents and detection reagents, are stored at -20°C, while the wash buffer, substrate and stop solution are stored at 4°C.
