Mouse Leukocyte Cell Derived Chemotaxin 2 (LECT2) ELISA Kit

Originally characterized as a neutrophil chemotactic factor, Leukocyte Cell-Derived Chemotaxin 2 (LECT2) is now studied as a 16 kDa hepatokine with links to liver inflammation, sepsis progression, and metabolic regulation. This Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of mouse LECT2 across multiple sample matrices, supporting in vivo and in vitro research workflows.

The kit is supplied in a microplate format providing 96 determinations, with all reagents needed to generate a standard curve and quantify endogenous LECT2 in research specimens. Working with samples from murine models — including tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants, alongside serum or plasma — it offers flexibility for studies of hepatic steatosis, acute liver injury, and tumor microenvironment signaling.
