Mouse Leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 4 (Lgr4) ELISA Kit

Also referenced by the synonyms G-protein coupled receptor 48 and Gpr48, the reagent is reactive with mouse samples and is run as a colorimetric ELISA with a stated detection range of 0.625–40 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.327 ng/mL.

The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and recognises natural and recombinant mouse LGR4.
