Mouse Leptin receptor ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA (Double Antibody) kit designed for the quantitative measurement of Leptin receptor in mouse samples. Leptin receptor is a key regulator of energy balance and metabolism, playing a critical role in obesity, diabetes, and other metabolic disorders, making this kit a useful tool for research into metabolic pathways and potential therapeutic targets.

The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and uses a colorimetric detection method with absorbance read at 450 nm. It demonstrates a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a measuring range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery ranges are 89-105% (serum, average 95%), 86-101% (EDTA plasma, average 94%), and 88-101% (heparin plasma, average 96%). The workflow includes primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
